Stay Steady™: Movement Longevity for 50+

Specializing in helping adults 50+ build strength, improve balance, and maintain the confidence doing the things they love.

I’ve got tech arm, nagging pain, or balance concerns—and I’m ready for personalized physical therapy that actually fits my life. No scripts. No cookie-cutter protocols. Just 1:1 care to help me move better, feel better, and stay independent.

We want to reduce upper extremity repetitive strain problems and support our team’s well-being. I’m looking for a proactive PT partner who gets workplace demands—and can keep our people working strong, without jumping straight into claims.

Work & Tech Strain Recovery

Most people don't wake up with tech neck, shoulder pain, or repetitive strain injuries. These problems often develop gradually through hours spent at a computer, repetitive tasks, virtual meetings, driving, or precision work.

Holistique helps identify and address the movement, posture, and workload factors contributing to:

• Tech neck and postural strain
• Shoulder, elbow, wrist, and hand pain
• Repetitive strain and overuse injuries
• Upper back tension and headaches
• Early warning signs of work-related musculoskeletal disorders

Don't Give Up on Feeling Better.

Sometimes the missing piece isn't more treatment—it's a different perspective. If you've completed physical therapy and are still limited by pain or movement, I'll evaluate how your whole body moves to identify factors that may have been overlooked. Together, we'll create a plan focused on helping you stay active, capable, and doing the things that matter most.

Whether your goal is to keep hiking, continue traveling, stay productive at work, enjoy your favorite activities, or simply feel confident in how your body moves, my focus is helping you become more capable—not just helping you hurt less.

Stay Steady™: Movement Longevity for 50+

Specializing in helping adults 50+ build strength, improve balance, and maintain the confidence doing the things they love.

The moment before you get up from a chair — that brief calculation of where your hands are. The hesitation at the top of a staircase that wasn't there five years ago. The wall in the dark hallway you reach for without thinking.

These things feel small. Easy to explain away. But you've been noticing them — and part of you suspects they mean something.

They do.

What you're experiencing has a name — and more importantly, it has a solution. Sarcopenia. Proprioceptive decline. Functional reserve loss. These are specific physiological processes that respond to the right kind of physical challenge at any age.

The question is whether you catch them early enough to do something about it.

Ms. Adina saw me for my painful shoulders.
I’ve used her products for my pain, which have helped a lot. After she checked them, she gave me exercises to do I had never done before.
I recommend her and her pain products.

Questions about working with Holistique

If you don’t see your question here, you can always ask during a free 10-minute discovery call.

Do I need a referral from my doctor?

In direct access states, no. Many clients work with us directly as part of their proactive wellness or rehab plan. If we see anything that suggests you should consult your physician or a specialist first, we’ll clearly communicate that and help you navigate next steps.

Do you accept insurance?

Holistique operates as an out-of-network provider so we can spend more time with you and build truly individualized care. You pay at the time of service.

Is this right for me if I’ve been in pain for years?

Many of our clients have tried traditional PT or multiple providers before finding us. Because we address movement, tissue health, and nervous system regulation together, combined with healthy lifestyle habits and natural pain relief methods even long-standing pain can often improve. We’ll be honest with you about what is realistic based on your specific situation.

What should I wear and have available for my first session?

Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move—such as athletic wear or loose pants and a t-shirt. If you have recent imaging reports or a list of medications, you can bring them, but they’re not required. A small towel and water bottle are optional but welcome.

How quickly will I feel results?

Everyone is different, but many clients feel some change—less pain, more ease, or a clearer understanding of their body—after the very first visit. Most notice meaningful improvements within 2–4 sessions, especially when they complete their simple home practices.

Your body is not broken. It’s asking for a different kind of care.

Take the first step toward less pain and more freedom in your daily life with Holistique’s integrated physical therapy and wellness approach.
